Capa System

To continuously improve quality, we also put in place the CAPA System (Corrective And Preventive Actions), a methodology for implementing a corrective and preventive action plan from a plant or supplier tracing back non-conformance. In the “wheel of progress” described below, we seek to systematically resolve all non-conformances at the source and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid any recurrence, so that we can improve and exceed our customers’ expectations.
